Mati has over four years of experience with neurodivergence, relational challenges, life transitions, and other concerns. She believes therapy can be both meaningful and lighthearted, making room for humor, connection, and genuine self-expression. Her goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and more fully themselves.

Lacy knows changes come out of nowhere. They interrupt our sense of self and every facet of life. She focuses on helping people find relief as we wait for challenges to pass. A big part of this is learning to grieve and find self compassion as well as resrouces to rebound quicker. She likes to work with more complex cases like chronic illness/health challenges, addiction. She also is very experienced with neurodivergence.

He is genuine, relatable, and focused on helping clients feel understood and empowered. His approach supports clients navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, and family stress while helping them slow down, recognize underlying patterns, and move toward a more connected and authentic life. He seems to be able to touch those that have a deep male/father wound.
